The Story
A Wild Idea
Fernweh Distilling Co. began as most ventures do – a wild idea. After a year of planning, training, and a detail-oriented renovation of our historic riverfront location from 2016-2017, our wild idea finally manifested into the Fernweh Distilling Co. you see today. We take a small batch and, in some cases, single barrel approach to bourbons, whiskies, and more – all distilled and aged for those with a burning spirit for adventure. Needing a hub for our adventurous, curious-minded guests, we also established a full-service bar and restaurant with a focus on globally inspired bites and artisan cocktails.
